Data Notebooks

The Data Notebook is a tool developed by the CA Behavioral Health Planning Council ("Planning Council") for gathering, compiling and communicating information among the counties/local jurisdictions, and to the state of California. Reviewing and commenting on performance outcome data and communicating findings to the CA Behavioral Health Planning Council is a duty of all local Behavioral Health Boards and Commissions: WIC 5604.2 (a)(7).

CALBHB/C's "Best Practices" Handbook, provides guidance to board/commission members and support staff for completing Data Notebooks.
